Heavy and oversized cargo

Western Stevedoring is experienced in unloading/loading heavy and oversized cargo from/to ships. Over more than 20 years of operation, we have had quite a number of non-standard cargo handling projects. The experience gained allows us to find an individual approach to each project and to apply the most effective and safest cargo handling methods. In our terminal, oversized cargo can also be directly loaded onto railway platforms, ensuring efficient multimodal logistics solutions. For heavy and oversized cargo handling, we use a mobile Liebherr crane with a lifting capacity of 104 tons, which guarantees safe and precise operations.
